LOCKSMITH ONEPRIVACY

Privacy Notice

Effective September 30, 2026. This notice describes the current Locksmith One product and how information is handled when the service is used.

1. Information handled by the service

Locksmith One can store account and workspace information, team roles, customers, vehicles, jobs, appointments, inventory, invoices, payments, calls, leads, messages, tool records and settings that users choose to enter.

2. Customer and vehicle records

Businesses using Locksmith One decide what customer and vehicle information to collect. Workspace owners are responsible for having an appropriate business reason and any notices or permissions required for the information they enter.

3. AI features

When One Assist or another AI feature is used, the request and the minimum relevant workspace context may be processed by configured AI providers to produce a response. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before it is used for locksmith fitment, pricing, customer communication or other operational decisions.

4. Voice, SMS and push notifications

Voice and SMS features are inactive until the workspace connects the required provider and business number. When enabled, call events, summaries, message status and related operational data may be processed by the configured communications provider. Web push stores a browser subscription endpoint and cryptographic delivery keys so opted-in users can receive notifications.

5. Billing

Subscription checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe when enabled. Locksmith One stores subscription identifiers and status needed to control product access; payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than the Locksmith One application.

6. Service providers and transfers

The service currently relies on infrastructure and service providers such as Supabase and Vercel, and can use Stripe, AI providers, and communications providers when those capabilities are enabled. Information may be processed where those providers operate, subject to their service terms and security controls.

7. Security and access

Locksmith One uses workspace membership, role-based access, database access controls and server-side secrets to limit access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Workspace owners should use strong unique passwords, protect administrative accounts and remove access that is no longer required.

8. Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained while needed for the workspace and service operation unless they are deleted, archived or retention is otherwise required. Some provider logs, backups or financial records can remain for a limited period after an in-app record changes. Do not enter information that is not needed for legitimate business operations.

9. Your choices

Users can manage many workspace records and notification preferences inside Locksmith One. Requests concerning workspace data should normally be handled by the workspace owner or administrator because the business using Locksmith One controls its customer records.

10. Questions

Authenticated users can use Send feedback inside Locksmith One for product and privacy questions. A dedicated public support contact has not been published yet; broad external launch remains gated until one is configured.
