LOCKSMITH ONETERMS

Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026. These terms describe the current use of Locksmith One during its early commercial release.

1. Business use

Locksmith One is an operating platform for automotive locksmith businesses. You may use it only for lawful work that you are authorized and qualified to perform and in accordance with applicable licensing, customer-authorization, privacy and consumer-protection requirements.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, the people you invite, the permissions you assign and the accuracy of workspace information. Owners and administrators should promptly remove access that is no longer required.

3. Customer data

You are responsible for having a lawful business purpose for customer, vehicle and job information entered into the service and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions your business requires.

4. AI and technical information

One Assist and other AI-generated content are decision-support tools, not a guarantee of vehicle fitment, procedure, pricing, legality or outcome. Verify vehicle-specific information and use appropriate professional judgment before acting on AI output.

5. One Voice and messaging

Automated voice and messaging must not be enabled until the workspace has the required provider setup and appropriate customer communication practices. Locksmith One can intentionally block or defer these features when required configuration or evidence is missing.

6. Plans and billing

Available features and included usage depend on the selected plan. Paid subscription checkout and management can be handled by Stripe. Prices, billing interval, applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before payment. Existing subscription changes should be made through the supported billing flow rather than by creating duplicate subscriptions.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Locksmith One to facilitate theft, unauthorized vehicle access, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, credential sharing, attacks on the service or attempts to bypass workspace, billing, safety or access controls.

8. Availability and changes

The service is evolving and features may change. Maintenance, provider outages and internet failures can affect availability. Important business records should be handled using the backup and recovery practices appropriate to your organization.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, the service, other organizations or providers, or when a subscription is no longer operational. Data access after cancellation depends on the applicable plan and product state shown in Locksmith One.

10. Early-release status

These terms are a product-level launch baseline and should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before broad commercial onboarding, especially when expanding to new jurisdictions or enabling automated calls and messages.

11. Questions and support

A dedicated public support contact has not been published yet. Broad external commercial onboarding remains gated until one is configured.
